What shipping options do you offer?

We ship via UPS or USPS Priority.  To protect each order, we automatically insure every package for their full value. You will receive a confirmation number once your order has been processed. 

UPS 3 day, 2 day and next day air have a guaranteed delivery date; UPS Ground, USPS Priority/Express does not. All online orders show estimated shipping charges. Current UPS COD charges are additional.  

**PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONCE YOUR PACKAGE LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER  DELAYED PACKAGES**

How long does it take to process my order?

Our processing time is usually less than 24 to 48 business hours but may exceed that if the order is very complicated. 

Do you ship products to international customers?

Yes. We ship via UPS Worldwide Express Saver, and US Postal Service Priority. If you want it shipped differently let us know. Actual shipping charges will be applied to your order.
